Emma Sgourakis is a Certified Clinical Nutritionist, specialising in deep-tissue cleansing.

Though she had been practising for a while, Emma's business was still quite new when she approached Poppet. She needed an online presence that would make her stand out from the majority of nutritionist websites that typically showed bright pictures of fruit and veg without a great deal of style going on.

I created a design based on Emma eclectic style, staying true to her love of all things earthy, organic and real. We then went on to build the website which has some pretty cool scrolling text areas. Check it out!

A brand new boutique in the trendy suburb of Paddington, Brisbane.

Chasing Bow, as it's owner describes is "where chasing rainbows delights in frocks from Marnie Skillings, Valerie Tolosa, Sretsis and more."

I created a clean, fresh and quirky website for fashion savvy owners Kylie and Kris. The 'designers' page makes up a large portion of the development for this website, with a pretty rad html and javascript set up that allows users to browse through the details about each designer in stock. Oh, and of course there's some lovely lightboxes too.

Switch Select helps Australian's save every day with a free comparison service.

Broadband, energy, pay TV, insurance, finance providers and more can be compared through Switch select, allowing users to change providers and save.

Switch select came to Poppet designs with the basic design for their new look homepage, but needed it to be improved upon, as well as over 80 other layouts creating, with navigation being a top priority.

With her brand new swimwear line, Helena Hill came to me looking for a no-fuss logo. The main objective - monochrome simplicity.

After a few rounds of concept logos, Helena went with a simple upper case font on a black background. It suits perfectly!

The Tu group of companies includes Tu Projects and Tu Track, and they offer high quality retail fit outs as well as a fantastic tendering process.

Tu are an on going client. Most of my work for them involves creating web and print advertisements as well as working on updating parts of their websites. Their work uses strong contrasting colours and bold imagery that stands out from the crowd.

I created their bold logo to suit their need for a modern and non-nonsense aesthetic. I also worked with them to design their website, providing all of the imagery and layout.

Peter Kakos has many sides to his career. He's a real estate agent, a co-founder of Property Central agency, a speaker and coach, as well as a TV presenter and professional auctioneer.

His website needed to allow him to show these different abilities, while maintaining a look and feel that accurately represents his personality.

movehome.com.au helps with all of your moving needs. Their free service can assist in connecting your utilities, from electricity and gas through to phone, broadband and pay TV, taking a chunk of the hassle out of moving home.

The main objectives for the logo design was to create a bold logo that effectively showed what the company does, while keeping it simple and recognisable.

For the website, we stuck to a bold and slightly chunky theme. The site needed to emphasise the simplicity of the service offered, as well as sticking to the theme and chosen corporate colours.

Please note, this website has adult content and is restricted to viewing by persons over 18.

Nocturnal Vices offers a higher quality of adult toys. Their logo and website requirements included a desire for something soft and pretty without being overly pretty and perturbing male customers. They also stipulated the specific shade of purple.

Once I'd created the final logo design, the website came quite naturally, though this did involve a large emphasis on easy navigation, suitable categorisation of products within menu categories, and copy.
